Langdon Hazelnuts

This long standing Oregon crop is all the rage lately. More and more hazelnuts are being used in different foods. The Willamette Valley is where consumers can find high quality hazelnuts. Langdon Farms has many hazelnut orchards paired with wild rice ponds and other aquatic grasses. We use the water drained of our orchards to fill our ponds. This is not only fantastic for wildlife, but also makes the most out of Oregon’s life-giving rain water. Most agricultural ground in the valley has different soils and high/low areas. We work with the Earth to grow the right things, in the right areas. The water from the wild rice pond is then in turn used to irrigate the hazelnuts throughout the year. Making the combination of these crops a favorite for ducks, geese, elk, deer and nutria. Langdon Hazelnuts are custom dried and packaged, so they are truly a unique product. Order today to start adding this amazing flavor to all your favorite dishes. Thank you from all of us at Langdon Family Farms.
